 President Tang Ching Yu has over 25 years of  experience in the soy food industry. He started with the hand made production of traditional soy foods and developed his industry with modern mass production techniques. He developed his business with the emphasis on health, quality, food safety and the insistence on food production without the use of unhealthy additives.
